Head Customer Success
Ronke Femi-Ige heads Seaico’s Customer Success department ensuring that our clients derive maximum benefit from their investment in Calypso Application. Ronke graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife with BSc Geography and proceeded to University of Lagos for Masters in Business Administration. She started her banking career with Intercontinental Bank Plc in 2005 as a fresh graduate and worked in operations. She then joined the IT Service Desk supporting the Flexcube Banking Applications where she spent over six years before moving to E-Banking operations. She also worked briefly with a BradShawAbels where she participated in Banking operations training and then to Skots Engineering supporting projects. Aderonke joined Seaico Technologies Ltd in 2016 and has been involved in the implementation and support of Calypso Treasury Application, majoring in Back office. She has been involved at Guarantee Trust Bank and First City Monument Bank Calypso Treasury implementations and team Lead at Union Bank of Nigeria post implementation support.
