Joy is a graduate of Computer science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She started her professional career at Seaico Technologies Limited after her NYSC as a Calypso back office analyst.
Joy has been actively involved in the implementation of Calypso software in GTbank, Union Bank Nigeria (UBN), Ecobank development Company (EDC) Ghana and Ivory Coast. She is also a member of Seaico support team in Union Bank, Ecobank Development Company (EDC), Nigeria and Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB).
She has flexible approach and a Can Do attitude towards achieving goals.
