Eng. David C. Ifezulike is the Chairman of the Board of NESTLE FOODS NIGERIA PLC since May 10, 2013. He previously served as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, appointed on December 22, 2000.
He joined Nestle in 1980 and worked for over 22 years in various capacities and locations including Nigeria, Ghana and Switzerland. He was on international exchange program as the Factory Manager of Nestle Ghana between May 1999 and April 2003.
He retired from Nestle Nigeria Plc as the Executive Director, Industrial Development in October 2006. He gained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester in 1974 and a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College, London in 1979:
Emmanuel has more than 25 years experience in Information Technology and e-payment solutions with emphasis on solutions for the financial services industry. He has an established track record in software sales management, project management, e-payment solutions, deployment of technology, planning & strategy, service management, and operations.
Prior to becoming CEO at SEAICO Technologies, Emmanuel was West Africa Regional Director for UK-based Neptune Software and has held senior management positions at British American Tobacco (BAT), ValuCard Nigeria Plc and Computer Warehouse Group (CWG) where he was General Manager at ExpertEdge Software (Software arm of CWG).
Emmanuel is an alumnus of Lagos Business School and holds a masters degree in Computer Science and MBA in Technology Management.
Dr. Ojadi obtained a Bachelors degree in Engineering Physics from the University of Ife (now known as Obafemi Awolowo University), MBA from the Maarstricht School of Management, Netherlands, and PhD in Transport Economics from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa.
Dr. Ojadi’s teaching interests are in operations management, logistics and supply chain management optimization. His research interests are in seaport logistics improvements, sustainable procurement activities, value chain studies of Nigeria’s agro-allied commodities and manufacturing systems. His research has been published in the Supply chain management: an International Journal; International Journal of Production Research; Journal of Transport and Supply Chain Management.
His case studies and technical notes include the Sensational Foods Ltd, Talent Drycleaners (among the 15 top-selling cases for 2009, 2010, and 2011 in the category of production and operations management by the European Case Clearing House), Clearing of imports at the Lagos seaport, Economic regulation of industries and industrial sectors, Reforming the Nigerian Police force and the Nigerian maritime security.
Dr. Ojadi has consulted for many companies (banks, beverage industries, etc.) in the areas of procurement improvement and logistics and supply chain optimization. He is a member of the Editorial board of the South African-based Journal of Transport and supply chain management, and has been very active in contributing to issues on logistics and supply chain management at the Nigerian seaports.
Chibuzo has 20 years cognate experience and 100% success track record delivering IT solutions. Working with industry leaders in Africa, Europe and North America, he has been involved in entire software development life cycles, software implementation projects, and sales.
He has a University degree in Computer Science and has attended executive courses at reputable business schools such as Cambridge University & Massachusetts Institute of Technology , USA programs run by Judge Business School.
Prior to co-founding Nathan Claire with head office in Nairobi, he led Neptune Software plc UK to achieve a 5th place global ranking for financial software developers, as well as an upgrade in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant from Niche to Challenger status. Chibuzo is a member of several professional bodies, a philanthropist of note, and an opinion leader in Microfinance and Mobile Money.
